Welcome, and thank you for choosing Diamonds Auto Glass for your auto glass needs. Important Information What to do After Installation it is strongly advised that you consider the following precautions to ensure against damage or leakage or any other problem(s) Leave windows cracked for at least 48 hours following installation, do not slam doors. Do not wash your vehicle for at least 48 hours following installation. Remove tape after 24 hours. Let the car sit for 5 hours before you drive it following the installation. SAFETY: *Please be advised, vacuuming service is complementary. THERE MAY STILL BE SOME GLASS PARTICLES IN THE VEHICLE. DIAMONDS AUTO GLASS AND ITS REPRESENTATIVES ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY HEALTH AND SAFETY CONCERNS OR INJURIES THAT ARISE FROM THIS BROKEN GLASS. It is not Diamonds Auto Glass or the Representative of Diamonds Auto Glass responsibility to dispose of damaged or shattered glass. Warranty Restrictions & Terms & Conditions: your glass (windshield, back window, side window, or quarter glass) has a lifetime warranty against air leakage, water leakage and rock chip repair. Your window regulator installation has a lifetime warranty against air leakage, water leakage, and comes with a 15 day full warranty from date of installation. Your sunroof installation has a lifetime warranty against air leakage and water leakage. Your tint installation has a 30 day warranty from date of installation against bubbling, peeling, and color fading only. Third Party: Diamonds Auto Glass will not refund or pay any money to a third party without obtaining written consent from Diamonds Auto Glass prior to. If a third party makes any changes to the windshield, the warranty automatically voids. If you have an issue with the glass or the installation, you agree to pay an additional $75 service fee if the technician does not find a problem that is related to manufacturer or installation defects. Previous Installation, Damage, Rust, Pinch Weld or/and Other Issues If the window area is rusted or damaged (maybe due to prior repair, pinch weld or other reasons) the warranty along with the guarantee on workmanship and manufacturer defects is automatically void. Disclaimer of Warranty: All warranties are performed in shop only. If you notice a problem with your installation, immediately notify Diamonds Auto Glass so that we may address your concern. If you are unsatisfied with the installation and/or any other work that was done, Diamonds Auto Glass needs to receive notification of complaint via certified mail no later than two (2) weeks following service. The complaint must include a written explanation, a copy of receipt, along with pictures of the issue. Mail complaint to: Diamonds Auto Glass 1731 Howe Ave # 514, Sacramento, Ca, 95825. Each case will be looked at individually. *Warranties are honored to the original owner of the vehicle at the time that Diamonds Auto Glass serviced the vehicle—original receipt/invoice is required for your warranty to be honored and processed. General Agreement Diamonds Auto Glass shall have the first right to be the first point of contact to inspect and address any concern that I may have with my recent service. Payment Buyer is financially responsible for all the services and or products he/she purchases or has purchased, and Diamonds Auto Glass will charge the payment method of the buyer for any services and products purchased and for any additional amounts (including any taxes, return check fees, and cancellation fees, as applicable.) The buyer is responsible to make payment to Diamonds Auto Glass upon completion of the job. Special orders require a nonrefundable payment for material and labor prior to the order being placed. Electronic contracting your use of the electronic services with Diamonds Auto Glass and its subsidiaries, includes the ability to make transactions electronically. You acknowledge that your electronic submissions establish your agreement and intent to be bound by and to pay for such transactions. Your agreement and intent to be bound by electronic submissions applies to all records of transactions, including notices of cancellation and Company Policies. Returned Payment Fees All returned checks and non-sufficient payments will assess a $60 fee, this is in addition to the un-paid balance. Payment for the returned check and balance for the service will thereafter only be accepted by a Cashier’s Check from the bank, credit card, debit card or cash. Service Agreement: The buyer agrees to pay a flat service fee of $65.00 for any mobile inspection appointment. Additional expenses may apply for additional parts needed during repair or installation of your auto glass i.e. molding clips & or rain sensor(s). Cancellations Diamonds Auto Glass requires a 48 hour cancellation notice to avoid a $60.00 cancellation fee. Insurance claims: The buyer agrees to pay Diamonds Auto Glass all monies due and any outstanding balance due for claims made through the Insurance Company. In the event that the Insurance Company does not pay Diamonds Auto Glass the amount billed on the invoice, the buyer is financially responsible to pay the balance due in full. Legalities: The buyer agrees to pay all collection and attorneys’ fees in the event that the outstanding debt gets forwarded to collections. Refund & Return Policy: By signing, below/electronically or on a mobile device, the buyer agrees that all sales are final. Please note: orders and special orders are final, and are not refundable or returnable. Special Orders Payment for special orders is taken at the time your order is placed. By signing, below/electronically or on a mobile device, the buyer agrees that he/she inspected the glass, window (s)/part(s) prior to installation, and confirms that the glass, window (s)/part(s) being installed, is the correct glass, window (s)/part(s) and has the correct features ordered. The buyer understands that Diamonds Auto Glass is not responsible to automatically include the upgraded options in the quote, and any additional options or upgrades will be subject to additional charges. By signing, below/electronically or on a mobile device, the buyer agrees that he/she also inspected the glass, window (s)/part(s)  for any defects including but not limited to scratches, chips and lamination waves— and the buyer is completely satisfied with their order. The buyer understands that Diamonds Auto Glass is not responsible for any claims of damages or defects on the glass, window (s)/part(s) once it has been installed, molding(s), Attachment(s) and Other Accessories. By signing, below/electronically or on a mobile device, the buyer agrees that he/she inspected the moldings, clips, attachments and all other accessories and features on the window(s)/part(s) after installation, and confirms that they were all properly installed and functioning correctly. The buyer understands that any additional parts such as but not limited to: molding, clips or rain sensors etc. needed for the installation or repair of the window may result in additional charges. *Certain vehicles are designed to have the molding glued to the vehicle and in certain situations the molding, clips and any other parts associated with the window(s)/parts are prone to normal wear and tear when being worked on. In a situation where the molding, clips and any associated attachments tear, brake or become damaged, Diamonds Auto Glass is not in any way responsible for replacing this on the vehicle unless the buyer is aware and consents to providing payment for the molding, clips etc.. Chrome Molding: By signing, below/electronically or on a mobile device, the buyer confirms that the chrome molding has been placed back on the vehicle or the window properly. In a situation where the molding isn’t flushed with the glass or the vehicle due to damaged/defected clips, the buyer has the option to replace the damaged/defected clips by ordering new clips and having them replaced at the time the order is received (unless we carry the specific clips in stock). Diamonds Auto Glass is not responsible to make the molding flush without additional service and material charges that will apply. Please note the warranty is valid for two (2) weeks beginning the date of installation. If there is an issue with the molding, clips or any other attachment, Diamonds Auto Glass must be notified via certified mail within two (2) weeks from the date of installation or sale. A written explanation must be written addressing your concern, along with a copy of receipt and pictures of the issue. Certified Mail To: Diamonds Auto Glass 1731 Howe Ave # 514, Sacramento, Ca, 95825. Diamonds Auto Glass is not responsible for any damages that occur while removing the side window vent shade. Diamonds Auto Glass requires the customer to remove the vent shade prior to our technician arriving for the replacement or repair. Heater, Defroster, Antenna, Water Sprayer, Wipers, and Wipers Motor By signing, below/electronically or on a mobile device, the buyer agrees that he/she inspected the windshield/vehicle after the installation, and confirms that the window(s)/part(s) installed is the correct window(s)/part(s) and has the correct features/options ordered. The buyer understands that Diamonds Auto Glass is not responsible to automatically include the upgraded options in the quote or the order, and any additional options or upgrades will be subject to additional charges. By signing, below/electronically or on a mobile device, the buyer agrees that he/she also inspected the windshield for any defects including but not limited to scratches, chips and lamination waves— and that he/she is completely satisfied with the order and services. The buyer understands that Diamonds Auto Glass or its representatives are not responsible for any damages or defects reported after reading and signing the Terms & Conditions. By signing, below/electronically or on a mobile device, the buyer also confirms that the defrosting/heating element, radio/stations, antenna water sprayers and windshield wipers work and function properly. Please note Diamonds Auto Glass does not remove or take parts off of the wiper motor for any installation or repair reasons—therefore Diamonds Auto Glass is not responsible for any damages associated with the functioning of the wiper motor or to the actual motor. By signing, below/electronically or on a mobile device, the buyer is aware that any damage(s), defect(s) or any other problem(s) related to any of the mentioned above are the buyers responsibility if complain/concern is made after service is complete. Please note the warranty is valid two (2) weeks from the date of installation. If there is an issue with the defroster, antenna sensors or any other attachment, you must notify Diamonds Auto Glass via certified mail within two (2) weeks of the installation or the sale date with a written explanation, a copy of receipt, along with pictures of the issue. You must certify this U.S. mail to: Diamonds Auto Glass 1731 Howe Ave # 514, Sacramento, Ca, 95825. Rearview Mirror: I understand that if the rear view mirror falls off and brakes the windshield, Diamonds Auto Glass is not responsible to replace or repair the windshield under any circumstances. Please note the warranty is valid for two (2) weeks beginning the date of installation, Diamonds Auto Glass must be notified within two (2) weeks of the installation or sale date with a written explanation, a copy of receipt, along with pictures of the issue. Certified Mail To: Diamonds Auto Glass 1731 Howe Ave # 514, Sacramento, Ca, 95825.  Side Windows I inspected the window after it has been installed on my vehicle, and I confirm that this is the correct window with all the specifications that I either added onto my order or vice versa, the correct window with no additional specifications. I understand that Diamonds Auto Glass is not responsible to automatically include the upgraded options in the quote any additional options or upgrades will have additional charges. I also inspected the window, and I confirm that it has no defects, scratches, chips, lamination waves, or any other problems or defects. If I claim or report any of the above to Diamonds Auto Glass after the installation, I understand that these damages were done after the installation, and Diamonds Auto Glass is not therefore responsible for any of the claimed damages or defects. I also inspected the window, and I confirm that the side window is going up and down properly as well as the power switch, inside and outside handle and all the other attachment has been placed back to the vehicle exactly in same condition it was on before the window broke. I also understand that it might have some glass left inside the door and it could make a noise, Diamonds Auto Glass is not responsible for any glass left in the vehicle and any additional cleaning service charges will apply. I also understand if the window came out of track for any reason after the installation Diamonds Auto Glass will not take responsibility. Please note that the warranty is only valid for 2 weeks from the installation date, if you notice any issue with the defroster, antenna sensors or any other attachment you must notify Diamonds Auto Glass within 2 weeks of the installation or the sale date with a written explanation, a copy of receipt, along with pictures of the issue. You must certify this U.S. mail to: Diamonds Auto Glass 1731 Howe Ave # 514, Sacramento, Ca, 95825. Part Numbers and Glass Specifications I understand that the part number(s) or/and Glass specification(s) we provide or reflects on the invoice might not match the order—this is due to the availability of the part or by technical error. I am fully aware of the new part number(s) or/and new Glass specification(s) and I authorize Diamonds Auto Glass to sell me or to have them install the new part number(s) or/and new Glass specification(s) on my vehicle(s). Chip Repair I understand that the repair process is only an attempt to save already broken glass.  In the case that the damaged glass being installed or repaired on my vehicle during the visit breaks or the integrity of the glass fails, Diamonds Auto Glass is not responsible for replacing the glass with a new one.  I agree that this will be paid at my own expense.  Please note that the warranty is only valid for 24 hours from the installation date and time. Regulators I inspected the window Regulator after it has been installed on my vehicle, and I confirm that this is the correct window Regulator with all the specifications that I either added onto my order or vice versa, the correct window with no additional specifications. I understand that Diamonds Auto Glass is not responsible to automatically include the upgraded options in the quote any additional options or upgrades will have additional charges. I also inspected the window, and I confirm that the window Regulator(s) going up and down properly and it has no any other problems or defects. If I claim or report any of the above to Diamonds Auto Glass after the installation, I understand that these damages were done after the installation, and Diamonds Auto Glass is not therefore responsible for any of the claimed damages or defects. If re-programming the device is necessary, this is done so through the dealer.  If there is a mechanical problem with the regulator, I agree that Diamonds Auto Glass will not be responsible for repairing the technical difficulty. Our technicians may operate your vehicle for final inspection. Please note that the warranty is only valid for 2 weeks from the installation date, if you notice any issue with the defroster, antenna sensors or any other attachment you must notify Diamonds Auto Glass within 2 weeks of the installation or the sale date with a written explanation, a copy of receipt, along with pictures of the issue. You must certify this U.S. mail to: Diamonds Auto Glass 1731 Howe Ave # 514, Sacramento, Ca, 95825. Universal Back Window: I inspected the slider back window before it has been installed on my vehicle, and I confirm that this is the correct window with all the specifications that I either added onto my order or vice versa, the correct window w/o additional specifications. I understand that universal back windows they weren’t made like the original glass such as block size, color, design, sealing or any other specifications, so for that I agree that Diamonds Auto Glass is not responsible for any workmanship problem or even the look is going to have, I also agree that there is no warranty or guarantee on universal back window under Any circumstances. Used Glass There is no warranty on used glass or the workmanship of installation used glass.  I agree that whether tempered or laminated glass is installed or repaired on my vehicle, Diamonds Auto Glass does not warrant glass that shatters on its own. Aftermarket Attachments: I agree to remove all the aftermarket attachment on my car and/ or window, Diamonds Auto Glass will not be responsible for any wires cuts, parts nonfunctioning, or any other problem that customers can claim. Tinting I inspected the tinting on my car window(s) after it has been installed on my vehicle, and I confirm that this is the correct color with all the specifications that I either added onto my order or vice versa, the correct tint with no additional specifications. I understand that Diamonds Auto Glass is not responsible to automatically include the upgraded options in the quote any additional options or upgrades will have additional charges. I also inspected the tinted window(s), and I confirm that there is no bubbling, scratches on the window(s), no peelings or any other problem or issue with the tint or the installation. I understand that these damages were done after the installation, and Diamonds Auto Glass is not therefore responsible for any of the claimed damages or defects. Please note that the warranty is only valid for 4 weeks from the installation date, if you notice any issue you must notify Diamonds Auto Glass within 2 weeks of the installation or the sale date with a written explanation, a copy of receipt, along with pictures of the issue. You must certify this U.S. mail to: Diamonds Auto Glass 1731 Howe Ave # 514, Sacramento, Ca, 95825. Scratches and Damages: I agree that I have inspected the glass and the vehicle for any scratches or damaged parts, and neither apply to the work performed on my vehicle by Diamonds Auto Glass.  I agree that I am fully responsible for any damage on my vehicle prior to the installation or repair completed on my vehicle. Headlight Restoration: I am aware and understand that there is no warranty on Headlight restoration under any circumstances, and I understand that Diamonds Auto Glass is not responsible if my headlight gets clouded or foggy following the restoration process. I also understand that polishing the headlights will wear down that clear coat. I also understand that my headlights can have different it depend on the condition of headlight and how old it is. Doing headlight restoration on mobile service will increase the chances of not getting the right results for damage that can be caused by ultraviolet light. I understand that Diamonds Auto Glass is not responsible for waves that could be caused by the buffer. I also agree to take full responsibilities for defects, waives, fog or any other problems. Coupons and Promotions Customers receive $5.00 off their service when they show our technician that they have “liked” us on Facebook and Google Plus. Rules: Diamonds Auto Glass has the right to chargeback the customer the discounted fees if the customer like/share or review has been or removed. The $5.00 discount is applied before tax. By signing, below/electronically or on a mobile device. I fully agree to all the terms and conditions. And I also understand that I have to follow the installation instruction100%. By signing, below/electronically or on a mobile device, I agree to 100% satisfaction with the tint work performed by Diamonds Auto Glass, and I fully agree to all the terms and condition. By signing, below/electronically or on a mobile device, I agree to 100% satisfaction with the Headlight Restoration performed by Diamonds Auto Glass. And I fully agree to all the terms and condition. By signing, below/electronically or on a mobile device, I certify that I have checked the vehicle and all my contents are there. I allow Diamonds Auto Glass to access my vehicle and do the repair. Privacy Diamonds Auto Glass may only use customer information for direct business matters. Changes these terms and conditions are subject to change.
